3.2 User-Generated Content: By contributing user-generated content (comments, discussions, etc.), you grant LearnDrip a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
4.1 Enrollment: Enrollment in courses is subject to payment of applicable fees. LearnDrip accepts payments through Stripe and Paypal. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the chosen payment processor.
4.2 Refund Policy: Our refund policy is outlined separately and is accessible on the LearnDrip website.
5.1 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that may violate these terms or the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of offensive language, harassment, or any form of illegal activity.
5.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of LearnDrip.
LearnDrip reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform for any reason, including violation of these terms.
