1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Course Enrollment Fees:
  • Refunds are available within 2 days of the initial purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the user must request a refund in writing within the specified refund period.
1.2 Exceptions:
  • No refunds will be provided after the specified refund period.
  • Refunds will not be issued for completed or partially completed courses.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, users must submit a written request to refund@learndrip.org within the specified refund period. The request should include:
  • User's name
  • Course name
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Approval:
  •     Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 days of receipt.
  •     If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3.2 Denial:
  •     Refund requests may be denied if they do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
4. Payment Processing Fees
    Please note that certain payment processing fees may be non-refundable. These fees are typically charged by payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and are beyond the control of LearnDrip.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy
    LearnDrip reserves the right to update and modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on LearnDrip.
